PRAYER REQUEST FOR STRENGTH

God,

I’m tired. Honestly, I don’t even know how to put it into words right now. I wake up already worn out, and I go to bed feeling like I failed.

I need You. I need Your strength because mine is gone. Help me just get through today. Please remind me that I don’t have to figure everything out at once. Just enough strength for the next step, Lord. That’s all I’m asking.

Amen.

Verse: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” (Philippians 4:13)

PRAYER FOR HEALING AND STRENGTH

Lord,

My heart hurts. My body hurts. Some of it people can see, and some of it nobody knows about but You.

I’m asking You to heal me, God. But if healing takes time, give me the strength to hang on in the waiting. It’s hard to keep believing when I feel worn out. Help me not to lose hope.

Please don’t let me feel alone in this. Stay close, Lord. I need You more than ever.

PRAYER FOR STRENGTH AND HEALING

Jesus,

I don’t like admitting it, but I’m weak. I feel broken down. My body, my mind, my heart—it’s all heavy right now.

I need You to heal me, Lord. And I need You to keep me going while I wait. It’s exhausting when the answers don’t come fast.

Please hold me together. Remind me I’m not abandoned. Help me trust that You’re still working, even when I can’t see anything changing.

PRAYER FOR STRENGTH DURING DIFFICULT TIMES

Father,

It just feels like one thing after another. As soon as I think I’m standing again, life knocks me flat.

I don’t feel strong enough for this. I’m scared. I’m tired. I don’t even know what to pray for except this—please don’t let me go.

Carry me when I can’t carry myself. Remind me You’re bigger than the storm I’m in. I need You more than ever right now.

PRAYER FOR STRENGTH AND GUIDANCE

Lord,

I don’t know what to do next. I keep second-guessing myself, and I’m afraid of messing everything up.

Please guide me. Show me what to do. Close the doors I shouldn’t walk through. Open the ones I’m supposed to. And while I wait, give me the strength not to give up.

I don’t need the whole map—I just need the next step.

God,

My mind won’t stop racing. I replay things over and over. I imagine every bad outcome. I can’t seem to find peace on my own.

Please quiet my heart. Remind me You’re here. Give me strength to stop letting fear run the show.

Cover me with Your peace, Lord—the kind that doesn’t even make sense. I just want to breathe again without the weight of anxiety pressing down on me.

PRAYER FOR STRENGTH AND PROTECTION

Lord,

Sometimes I feel so vulnerable—like one bad thing could knock me over. Fear creeps in, and I can’t always push it away.

Be my shield, Lord. Protect me from the things I can’t see coming and from the battles inside my own head. Give me the strength to stand when I feel weak.

Please remind me I don’t have to fight alone.
